Shipping & Returns

How do I track my order?

Do you enjoy tracking your delivery in your free time? We get it, we do too.

When your order has been dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number and link, you can then keep an eye on your orders journey.

Got something on pre-order? You will receive a follow up email with all your tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?

Obviously! We offer free shipping on UK orders over £150

For international orders, we offer free shipping over £250

How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders placed before 3pm UK Time Monday-Friday, will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Orders placed after 3pm Friday-Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day.

We will notify you as your order progresses. Please allow a little extra time during public holidays, sales periods and seasonal holidays.

Does Arlohe cover taxes & import

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government.

What is your return policy?

You can return your order up to 14 days after it has been delivered, if all tags are still attached and the item is in a saleable condition.

To return your order, please email us at info@arlohe.com with your order number and reason for return.

Do you offer free returns?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item was damaged during transIt, please contact our customer care team with an image of the packaging and damage and we will be happy to assist you further.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your return, we aim to process it as quickly as possible.

Returns are typically processed within 5 business days of arriving to us. If your garment arrives in an unsaleable condition, we have to right to refuse returns. Refunds are processed as soon as your return has been processed. This timeframe does not include public holidays or weekends.

Processing may take slightly longer if your return is received during a promotional period.

Have you received my return?

We will notify you as soon as your return is received. If your return does not arrive at our location or the package is damaged or opened during transit, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.

We strongly recommend choosing insured or tracked shipping for your return.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, colour or size, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. We will aim to get your new order processed as quickly as possible.

Orders

How do I change my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please notify us of your changes as soon as possible via email at info@arlohe.com or through our live chat.

While we endeavour to accommodate the requested adjustments, once your order has been shipped we are no longer able to make any changes. From here, you will be required to follow the steps in our returns policy.

Are any purchases final sale?

Any sale and sample sale n items purchased on www.arlohe.com are final and cannot be returned, it will be clearly stated on the product page if the item is subject to final sale terms & conditions.

Can I cancel my order?

We pack orders fast, so please get in touch ASAP if you'd like to cancel your order. 

If it hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we'll be able to cancel and refund you the full amount. Please contact info@arlohe.com

what payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna

Can I place a pre-order?

We offer pre-order on a range of our styles. Pre-order allows you the ability to secure highly sought-after pieces before the product arrives.

Estimated delivery times are outlined on the product page. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once the pre-order Item has been dispatched.

Please note, any non pre-order styles will be dispatched separately and with priority.

How do I care for my Arlohe pieces?

At Arlohe we believe in taking care of our garments as much as we believe in staying hydrated (girl, drink more water).

Each of our pieces has an overview on how best to care for them, this can be found on the product page. Additional details on how to best care for your new Arlohe piece can also be found on the care labels of your individual items.

Where are Arlohe pieces made?

All of our pieces are currently designed and made in the UK.

If our manufacturing partners move overseas we will only work with accredited partners to ensure ethical practices are always met.

What fabrics do you use?

Each piece is made from high quality and meticulously considered fabrics, we design and produce our garments with the intention to have a long life, so you can keep wearing them season after season.

We use natural fabrics, post consumer recycled fabrics or deadstock fabric to improve our circularity and minimise damage to the planet. We will always be open and honest about our commitment to conscious production - follow our journey on social media to know more.

Do you offer a loyalty scheme?

We are working hard behind the scenes to give back to our community, sign up to our newsletter and be the first to know when our loyalty scheme goes live.

Do you have a physical store?
